Delivery

Free on Wits campus, in Braamfontein and anywhere in Gauteng.

R150 courier fee anywhere else in South Africa.

Collection is free from Shop 2, The Matrix Building (ground floor), East Campus, Wits University, 1 Jan Smuts Avenue, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2000, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00.

Delivery times

Items in stock: 1–2 working days on campus and in Braamfontein, 2–4 working days elsewhere in Gauteng.

Books ordered in from South African publishers: usually 5–10 working days.

Imported language books (FLTRP): we confirm the expected date when you order.

We confirm stock and the delivery date before we take payment.

Returns and refunds

If your item arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

Books ordered in specially for you, and jewellery, cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Defective goods are covered for 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act. Contact us and we will repair, replace or refund.
